It is without doubt that good communication is essential.But it is only effective when, it's communicated timely, accurately,and in an understandable manner.

  

For communication to effective and accurate in an  institution there is the  need to involve a good and effective communicator who can promote the effectiveness and as accuracy of the information.

It is in view of this that, I, *LILIAN ESHUN* a second year student reading Geomatic Engineering after broad consolation and self assessment, I officially declare my intent to vie for the office of the LOCAL NUGS SECRETARY of our noble institution for the 2022/2023 academic year.

It  therefore by this declaration humble request for your support because I believe in team work.
